Utility Rebilling was founded to give RTMs, RMCs and managing agents a billing partner that doesn't earn quietly through supplier commission, opaque admin fees or undisclosed margins. We charge a disclosed fee, and that's it.
Transparency by default
Every fee is on the proposal in writing. No supplier commissions on your tariff. No undisclosed administration charges.
Residential blocks only
We don't bill commercial estates, holiday lets or single-occupier homes. Blocks are all we do.
Reconciliation as standard
Every month, we reconcile supplier invoices against resident bills and flag variances before they grow.
Debt recovery in-house
Arrears recovery is included. No surprise bolt-on fees, no third-party hand-off until legal escalation is actually needed.
